Welcome to LTC-Circuit's Language Learning WEBsite!

Dear reader,

If you yourself want to improve your language level then we invite you to take a look at Your, the Learner's, perspective as we describe there how our coaching experience can help you.

If you are a Leader with wider executive responsibilities in your organisation, then you may be encouraged by our take on language learning in this complex world – as we share our vision with you in The Executive and Leader's perspective.

If you are in charge of the development of the organisation's human capital and potential, then we are convinced you will be interested by the ideas we develop in The Organisation's and Human Potential Perspective.

When you do so, you will reach a black-on-white page with in its middle a thorough presentation of the relevant topic. On this page it is called
A brief presentation.

There are 5 black-on-white pages in total: the 3 aforementioned Perspective pages, this
Home & Contact page and a page on Who are we? A history and a story. These black-on-white pages will increasingly be available in all above-mentioned languages.

Below each black-on-white page you will also find links to
Further essays and examples, on gold-on-grey pages this time, presenting essays in one language only. You may think of these gold-on-gray pages as a kind of blog, with new contributions being added regularly.

Other links invite you to consult our unique
Products and Services.

The frame below explains how you can reach us.

On all pages, both black-on-white and gold-on-grey, you will find left and right columns with

- Chantal Colignon from Record Bank, Belgium,
- Brigitte Legrève from Unisys Belgium,

declarations of faith from the coaches who work within our network, for instance from Anne De Kleermaker, Tony Robberechts, Giuliana Costamagna, Ali Khedher, Nadine Jourdan Sanne, Michael Hill, Wolfgang Pressl, Caroline Casillas, Guido Mylle, Doug Swan,

as well as photographs and pictures that we hope will inspire you!

A testimonial by
Jan De Visch,
Managing Director, Connect & Transform, Belgium:

A testimonial by
Chantal Colignon,
Language Learning Project Manager, Record Bank, Belgique:

A testimonial by
Brigitte Legrève,
Human Resources Business Consultant, Unisys Belgium:

A brief presentation

LTC-Circuit is a Brussels-based network company of language learning coaches that has started its 26th year of existence now.

We have built our centuries of combined expertise around the firm belief that the real engine of a "language school" is the quality and integrity of its "teachers". Hence we continue to learn from each other.

While doing so, we have integrated various insights in management development, such as customer-oriented communication, situational management, total quality and, lately, capability management.

That has made us by now much more than "teachers working for a school". We have continuously sharpened our focus on our essential contribution, and discovered that it lies in our being coaches of your language learning and development process.

It is our mission to make you as autonomous as possible as early as possible. Hence we encourage you to co-create all practising opportunities you can get – and we stimulate you to teach yourself as much as your busy schedule allows you to.

As coaches then, we help you weaving all these threads together – we will Listen to you while you want us to correct your growing practice, we will Tutor your study when you need our assistance, and we will Counsel you on the ways of "getting there" and on all things cultural related to the language you learn.

In the course of the years, we have greatly innovated: creating new needs analysis and level assessment tools, producing an Intermediate Dutch course, developing initiation courses to "exotic" languages, researching the so-called "intercomprehension" and "multilingualism" paths to language learning and Trans-Cultural Excellence.

And all that supports the professionalism with which we can cater to highly demanding but diverse corporate and public organisation environments.

Yet our true quality and service resides with the creativity, discipline, flexibility, intelligence, maturity, cultural ambassadorship, human insight and care – of the highly experienced women and men who are the coaches of our network.
